- Unzip the download into a folder you own, for example Documents\CaseWarRoom.
- Double-click CaseWarRoom.exe. Windows may warn that the app is from an unknown publisher; choose More info then Run anyway if you downloaded it from this page.
- Your browser opens CaseWarRoom. Create your account on this computer and choose an encryption passphrase.
Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Scanned-document text recognition (OCR) needs the free Tesseract OCR engine installed separately; everything else works without it.
