What it is not

CaseWarRoom is software. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and it does not conduct litigation or represent you. You decide what to file and you file it yourself. AI output can be wrong: check every citation, date and figure against the official source, and take advice from a qualified lawyer where the stakes warrant it.

What it does

Reads your documents. PDFs, letters, saved emails and scans, page by page, with every point linked back to its page.
Builds the chronology. Dated events from the documents, each with its source reference.
Maps the issues. Each element of each claim, the evidence for it and what is still missing.
Finds contradictions. Where the other side's documents disagree with each other or with yours.
Builds the bundle. Paginated, indexed, bookmarked PDF in court format.
Checks citations. Case and statute references are checked against official sources and marked for you to verify. It never invents authorities.

Private by design

Your case files, page images, OCR text and database stay on your computer, encrypted with a passphrase only you know. Documents you choose to export (a court bundle, a timeline PDF) are saved as ordinary files so you can open and file them. We never receive any of it. There is no account to create with us and no telemetry. AI features are optional: you can use a model running on your own PC, or connect an AI provider of your choice with your own key, in which case the text you choose to send goes to that provider.

Questions

What do I need?: A Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit) with about 1 GB free. No internet connection is needed to use it once installed.
How do I get my licence?: Straight after payment you land on a page that shows your licence key and lets you save it as a file. Paste it into CaseWarRoom under Licence. Nothing is sent by email, so keep that page or the file.
Can I get a refund?: You can try everything free for 14 days before paying. Because the key is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that the 14-day cancellation period ends once it is supplied. Your legal rights if the software is faulty are not affected. See the terms.
Does it use AI?: Only if you switch it on. You can run a model on your own computer, or connect a provider with your own key. Every AI answer is labelled, and citations are checked against official sources.
Is it a solicitor?: No. It is software that helps you prepare. It does not advise you, act for you, or file anything.
